Happy Bodies One-Year Anniversary Party!

COME OUT AND CELEBRATE HAPPY BODIES ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY on January 14th 2012!!!! This is a party you will not want to miss!! FREE food, prizes, massage, zumba demos, happy bodies workout demos, a special performance from the happy bodies hip-hop crew and more!! Don’t forget to join in on the fun as well, both Saturday morning classes will be FREE that day!! Come try a Happy Bodies Workout from 8am-9:15am or a Zumba fitness class from 9:30am-10:30am! Happy Holidays everyone!!! Great job once again on the Halloween thriller performance you kids were amazing!! Just a couple of quick updates:

*Thriller performance pictures and Video will be up on the website soon!! Make sure you come back to check them out.

*We will have our normal practices in the month of December and January.

*For those enrolled in Hip-Hop for December and January we will be having a performance in Fair Oaks on Saturday January 14th 2012. I will be adding a dress rehearsal in January and that information will be given in class.

Thank you all! We have had an amazing year!! Keep up the great work kids and thank you parents for bringing them to class every week!

Many thanks to those of you who came out and donated on Sunday for our Warm Coats, Warm hearts coat drive!!! We got great coats to give to Wind Youth Services and they will be kept warm this winter!! Hope you all had a blast at the free zumba combo class with your donation!

Coat Drive=FREE Zumba Combo Class

Come out this Sunday December 18th 2011 for our first annual Coat Drive that benefits the Wind Youth Services!! Free Zumba Combo class when you donate a new or gently used coat. Then come out this Sunday November 13th 2011 and help the Sacramento Food Bank! Bring your clothing donation for a FREE zumba combo class at Happy Bodies Studio 9739-b Fair Oaks Blvd, Fair Oaks, CA 95628. The class times are 9am, 10am, and 11am. Hip-Hop for Kids now at Happy Bodies!

We now have hip-hop for kids at Happy Bodies Studio! Classes are EVERY Tuesday from 4pm-5pm. This is a class you won’t want your kids to miss!

Happy Bodies – Zumba Wednesdays!

I am proud and excited to announce that I will be working with Happy Bodies for the new Zumba Wednesdays! As of right now the two available classes will be either from 9-10:15AM or 6-7:15PM. Happy Bodies Studio is a wonderful studio in Fair Oaks and I also suggest that you take a look at some of their other awesome classes too.

I will be starting Jun 8th so make sure you come out and have some fun!
