COME OUT AND CELEBRATE HAPPY BODIES ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY on January 14th 2012!!!! This is a party you will not want to miss!! FREE food, prizes, massage, zumba demos, happy bodies workout demos, a special performance from the happy bodies hip-hop crew and more!! Don’t forget to join in on the fun as well, both Saturday morning classes will be FREE that day!! Come try a Happy Bodies Workout from 8am-9:15am or a Zumba fitness class from 9:30am-10:30am! *For those enrolled in Hip-Hop for December and January we will be having a performance in Fair Oaks on Saturday January 14th 2012. I will be adding a dress rehearsal in January and that information will be given in class.

Come out this Sunday December 18th 2011 for our first annual Coat Drive that benefits the Wind Youth Services!! Free Zumba Combo class when you donate a new or gently used coat. Come join us at Happy Bodies Studio for a Halloween themed Zumba party!! Costumes are optional. This is a party you will not want to miss! Check out the flyer for all the details! 

We now have hip-hop for kids at Happy Bodies Studio! Classes are EVERY Tuesday from 4pm-5pm. This is a class you won’t want your kids to miss!

Don’t forget that Zumba Wednesday’s start tomorrow at Happy Bodies Studio on Fair Oaks! And Thursday I will be recording for the Zumba contest at 5pm sharp at the South Natomas Community Center! So make sure you’re ready for some fun and I’ll see you there!

I am proud and excited to announce that I will be working with Happy Bodies for the new Zumba Wednesdays! As of right now the two available classes will be either from 9-10:15AM or 6-7:15PM. Happy Bodies Studio is a wonderful studio in Fair Oaks and I also suggest that you take a look at some of their other awesome classes too.

I will be starting Jun 8th so make sure you come out and have some fun!
